This is my desktop before I rearrange the icons.
I right clicked on my desktop and chose to take off the Auto arrange icons option.
I right clicked and made my icons bigger.
I opened a word document and I was going to add more icons on the quick access tool bar.
This shows me about to click on more commands.

As I changed the background the text changed white. The text above is black because I manually changed it.
Here is what my page looked like after i changed the color of it to blue.
Looking for magnifier. clicked on the start menu, accesories and then magnifier.
About to open magnifier.

Clicked on the start menu and then went on accesories and then i clicked on narator.
And this will show up when you click on narator.
Then click on voice setting and you can change the voice settings, narrator explains to you what you doing on your computer if its a bling person.
There is also the screen resolution which gives you better graphics rather than normal. It basically makes your screen look more clear and it makes it easier for people to read and to watch videos.
